ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Nadia—wife, mama of four, Doctor of Physical Therapy since 2018, and owner of Empower Motherhood, LLC. I’m a certified pelvic floor provider and specialize in perinatal training. My passion for pelvic health deepened when I became a mother. I refused to accept the stigma and fear‑mongering around pelvic symptoms that were dismissed as ‘just part of being a mom.’ Instead, I pursued advanced training in pelvic health—determined to change the narrative.
Like most moms, I’ve had my own struggles. Through my experiences, I’ve learned how valuable pelvic floor knowledge can be—not because it makes everything easy, but because it gives you tools to understand your body and prepare for change with confidence. I want to help women see how resilient and capable their bodies really are—to trade uncertainty and fear, for confidence and empowerment, no matter what stage of motherhood.
Through specialized one-on-one care and a whole-body, fitness-forward approach, I meet you exactly where you are and support you in your unique season of motherhood. Beyond clinical care, I also believe mothers need community and support from each other, and that through exercise and play, we can have fun with our children, connect with other mamas, and feel stronger and healthier as we navigate motherhood—together.
